Trauma-Informed, Neurodivergent-Affirming Clinical Support
Consultation & Brainspotting Certification for Therapists
Offering virtual Brainspotting consultation worldwide
Setting you up for success
Whether you're working toward Brainspotting certification, feeling stuck in your clinical work, or simply craving a deeper level of professional reflection—you deserve a consultation space that honors your strengths while helping you grow.
I offer clinical consultation and mentoring for therapists and healing professionals who want to sharpen their skills, deepen their attunement, and move through imposter syndrome or perfectionism—without having to perform, mask, or "know it all."
You care deeply about your work—and sometimes, that care feels heavy. Maybe you second-guess yourself in session, feel drained by the emotional intensity of your caseload, or question whether you’re doing "enough." If you're navigating imposter syndrome, perfectionism, or just the natural growing pains of being a clinician committed to excellence, you're in the right place.
This consultation space is especially valuable for therapists who identify as neurodivergent or highly sensitive, and who often feel out of sync in rigid professional environments. If you're working toward Brainspotting certification or integrating IFS and somatic work into your practice, this is a space to build skill, process blocks, and reconnect with your voice—without the pressure to perform.

I believe in the power of learning throughout our careers. Mentors and supervisors have been a significant part of my growth—and they taught me how important it is to share knowledge and support each other in our field. That’s why I strive to share the same gift with others.

What makes this different?
What sets this consultation apart is not just content expertise—it’s the commitment to creating a space where your sensitivity, intuition, and curiosity are valued.
I work especially well with:
Professionals who feel stifled by rigid or evaluative consultation spaces
✓
✓
Empathic, introspective, or highly attuned therapists
✓
Neurodivergent clinicians navigating identity, energy management, or burnout
Brainspotting Community & Peer Consultation
In addition to individual Brainspotting consultation, Christina co-facilitates a free peer consultation and support group for Brainspotting practitioners who have completed at least Phase 1.
This hybrid group alternates between online and in-person meetings and provides a collaborative space for practitioners to connect, discuss clinical experiences, share ideas, and continue growing within the Brainspotting community. Meetings may include case discussion, group consultation, questions and discussion, and experiential practice through exchange dyads.
The group is facilitated by Brainspotting Consultants and welcomes contributions from practitioners across the BSP community. While participation does not count toward Brainspotting certification requirements, it offers an opportunity for ongoing learning, connection, and professional support.
Online meetings are open to Brainspotting practitioners worldwide. Learn more and find upcoming meeting information through the Brainspotting Arizona Facebook group.
