Brainspotting & IFS Therapist Serving Arizona & Michigan
HELPING NEURODIVERGENT ADULTS HEAL, GROW, AND RECONNECT
About Christina R. Martinez, LCSW
If you're a deep-feeling, high-achieving adult navigating anxiety, burnout, or identity struggles— I see you.
I specialize in therapy for sensitive, neurodivergent adults who are tired of masking, overthinking, and carrying emotional burdens alone. Using trauma-informed methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting, I help clients access deep healing and lasting change—without months of surface-level talk therapy.
You’re not here because you’re broken.
You’re here because you’re ready.
My work is especially aligned with…
WHO I SUPPORT
Adults with ADHD or late-diagnosed autism
Creatives and high-achievers who feel stuck despite success
Helpers, healers, and people pleasers carrying invisible emotional pain
Those recovering from family-of-origin trauma or perfectionism
People longing to reconnect with their voice, body, and values
If you're ready to move beyond coping and into transformation, you're in the right place.
WHY I BECAME A THERAPIST
My journey into therapy began with lived experience.
Growing up, I watched my grandmother carry the weight of unspoken trauma—silenced by stigma and a lack of access to care. It lit a fire in me to challenge the systems that silence women’s struggles. From a young age, I became the one others turned to for support. That’s when I knew: I wanted to help others heal, break cycles, and reclaim their voice.
Now, as a first-generation college graduate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Brainspotting Consultant, I’m honored to walk alongside adults who are ready to rewrite their inner narrative and reclaim their wholeness.

Outside the therapy room
My life outside the office reflects my belief in wholeness and self-expression. I love painting, lifting weights, hiking desert trails, and singing my heart out at karaoke.
You’ll find everything from rock to classical on my playlists… and three rescue dogs snuggled up beside me.
Just like therapy, I believe in honoring the full spectrum of experience.
BEHIND THE NAME
The name Rose Matrix holds deep personal meaning. It symbolizes the layered beauty of the healing process… like the unfolding petals of a rose, each layer revealing a deeper truth. It also draws inspiration from the red pill in The Matrix: a metaphor for the courage it takes to wake up, confront what’s beneath the surface, and reclaim your authentic self. And finally, Rose is my middle name, grounding this practice in personal legacy and intention.
Therapy here isn’t about masking or minimizing. It’s about growth, authenticity, and returning to yourself.

Brainspotting is a powerful somatic therapy that taps into the brain’s processing center through visual focus. It helps release stored trauma, reduce anxiety, and regulate the nervous system. It’s especially helpful for clients who feel “stuck” despite prior talk therapy.
-
Absolutely. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults (ADHD, AuDHD & low support needs Autism) whether formally diagnosed or self-identified. You’ll find therapy here is designed to honor your way of thinking, processing, and expressing, not suppress it.

My intention is to create a welcoming and affirming space where your full identity is seen and respected. I know that trust isn’t a given—it’s something we build together over time. I also recognize that we don’t exist apart from the systems around us, and I’m committed to continually doing my own work to understand and dismantle oppressive patterns, both within myself and in the spaces I hold.
