The investment in your emotional well-being is an important decision.
Rose Matrix Counseling offers fee-for-service therapy, which means in-network insurance is not accepted. This is ideal for clients who prefer the privacy of a fee-for-service provider because it prevents insurance companies from making decisions about your care and accessing treatment plans, case notes, and other important, private mental health information.
All session fees are due at the time of service. Payments are made by credit or debit card. FSA & HSA cards are also accepted.
If insurance is the only way to get the support you need, I encourage you to speak with your insurance provider about out-of-network options to see if our work together would be partially covered. Upon your request, I can provide you with an invoice (known as a ‘super-bill’) that you then submit directly to your insurance company. Please keep in mind that the receipt has to include a legitimate, applicable mental health disorder diagnosis (for example generalized anxiety disorder, depression, PTSD).

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Client rights include:
* You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
* Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
* If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
* Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059
